Coronavirus and Your Wedding

To our clients:

Carole and I wanted to give you a quick update on things for your wedding day regarding our wedding photography or film services that you've contracted with us.

(Yes, I know more 'news' about the virus...)

There has been a lot of media going around regrading the corona-virus and weddings lately and Carole and I wanted to address our couples for the 2020 and 2021 year. From TheKnot.com.

What We Are Doing

First, we have been taking measures to help keep our gear sanitized using Lysol wipes and Zeiss lens cleaning wipe on our bags, tripods, microphones, camera bodies and the like.

Additionally, our gear is stored in air tight cases which will help prevent any contamination.

We are going to also be carrying small hand santizier’s with us that we use and if you wish to use it, just ask, we’re happy to share.

We will be doing this for all our upcoming weddings for the year.

Live Stream for FREE

Additionally, for those couples during the 2020/2021 year, we are offering a free live stream of your wedding ceremony for those that can’t attend the wedding in fear they may get infected or have fears of getting sick, especially elderly and those with young children.

Just contact us and ask about getting the live stream for the ceremony and we will set this feature up at no charge to you, if we don't hear from you regarding that we'll assume that you don't need it. (It's usually a $250 option)

This is a service where both the video and audio will be streamed to out YouTube channel during your wedding day. We use a professional Mevo camera on a tripod and start streaming about 20 minutes before the ceremony.

This is completely unedited although family and loved ones can see the wedding in real time via the channel which is https://www.youtube.com/user/RoanokeWeddings/

If there are any issues with the live stream and it stops due to connection issues, we will upload the stream to the channel as quickly as possible after the ceremony. 

Need to Reschedule or get a Refund? 

As per your contract, if you need to reschedule your wedding because of any issue, we will gladly work with you on rescheduling your date.

We are offering this addendum to all 2020 clients due to the COVID-19 virus and it effecting their wedding day.

Flexible Terms

If you need to temporarily stop making monthly payments, please contract Joshua. We will gladly work with you to halt payments for the next two months in order to focus on other things. We’ll make arrangements to add those months to the end of the contract if needed.

We are not responsible for loss of connection through wifi or LTE. This has $0 value and is only available first come, first serve for the wedding day to current clients.
